Who we are

Chysel Performance LLC (“Chysel”) operates chysel.com, chysel.vercel.app, and related Services described in our Terms of Service. Contact: hello@chysel.com.

Waitlist on this site

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and the page you signed up from, and send it to our email provider (Kit) so we can notify you about product drops, Optimize enrollment, and related updates. The free meal-plan page uses that same waitlist. You can unsubscribe via those emails or by contacting hello@chysel.com. Ecommerce checkout, memberships, and Optimize enrollment are not live yet. Before those systems launch, counsel will replace this stub with a complete policy covering notice, choices, retention, security, and rights.

The live marketing site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights for page views and performance (Core Web Vitals). They are first-party measurements on Vercel. This site does not add Google Analytics or other marketing pixels.

What we expect to process (high level)

When production systems launch, categories may include:

• Ecommerce: name, email, shipping and billing addresses, order history, payment tokens handled by processors (we aim not to store full card numbers), and customer-support messages.
• Accounts & memberships: login credentials (hashed), preferences, subscription status, and communications.
• Optimize / AI features: goals, training and nutrition inputs, questionnaire answers, and generated plan content you choose to store—used to personalize educational wellness recommendations, not to provide medical care.
• Labs (if offered): identifiers and results shared with independent licensed clinicians and labs as needed to coordinate panels; Chysel is not the ordering clinician. Health-related data will be handled under heightened safeguards described in the final policy.
• Site analytics / device data: IP address, cookies or similar technologies, and usage metrics to operate and improve the Services.

How we use data

Expected purposes include fulfilling orders and memberships; providing Optimize Features (wellness/educational only); customer support; fraud prevention; service improvement; and required legal compliance. We do not sell personal information in the conventional retail sense; any “sale”/“sharing” definitions under state privacy laws will be addressed in the counsel-reviewed policy with opt-out mechanisms where required.

Your choices

Email hello@chysel.com for access, correction, deletion, or marketing opt-out requests. We will honor rights available under applicable U.S. state privacy laws once the full policy and processes are in place. Do not send emergency medical information by email.

Children

Services are oriented to users 18+. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 18 for memberships/commerce as stated in the Terms).
